  THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH TagMeOn OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO OUR SITE AND SERVICES.
  
  Welcome to TagMeOn (hereafter referred to "we," "us," or "our").
  We maintain www.tagmeon.com (hereafter “Site”) to provide users and/or visitors such services. By using the Site, you agree to comply with and be legally bound with following terms of use (hereafter “Terms”). If you do not agree to any of these Terms, you should immediately cease to use the Site. We may amend or modify these Terms in whole or in part from time to time, without notice, effective upon posting of an updated version of these terms on the Site. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate a user account, delete any postings, or take other appropriate actions in its sole discretion in response to any inappropriate conduct, or for no reason at all.

  1. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
  1.1 Neutral Venue.
  Our Site is merely a venue to introduce users who wish to provide professional services (“Hosts”) and users who seek for those professionals (“Requestors”). If they wish and agree, “Hosts” and “Requestors” can arrange meetings offline for their own benefit but we are not responsible for or involved in the actual face-to-face meeting.
  
  1.2 User Identification.
  We do not attempt to verify, investigate, or confirm any users’ identification, reputation, morality, criminal background, postings on the Site and/or any other personal information. Responsibility is yours to determine the suitability whether or not to contact and meet one another. If you wish to meet offline, we strongly suggest you to contact directly with the user before arranging the meeting.
  
  1.3 Interaction and relationship between users.
  Users are responsible for interactions/relationship with other users and their own behavior.
  We are not in charge of any damage or accidents that can be arise both online and offline.
  We reserve the right, but have no obligation to monitor and observe interactions between you and other users, and apply any restrictions to any actions that can be performed on the Site

  2. Payment.
  We are not responsible for any currency transactions between users and we do not offer any form of insurance, any tools for transactions because our Site merely provides the online venue for Users to get connected to each other under their own decision. All kinds of payment for any services should be done face-to-face, in person, day by day at the end of the service.
  Requestor agrees to pay Host the amount which was posted by Host. For Hosts and Requestors, listing or posting themselves on the website to be exposed to other users are free of charge.

  3. User Rules and Restrictions.
  As a User, you are solely responsible for you online and offline behavior. Therefore, Users will not;
  a) violate any local, provincial, national, international and/or other law and/or regulation.
  b) infringe the rights of any person and/or entity, and their privacy, property and publicity.
  c) interfere or damage our service, web property, Site by technical, physical and any other
  methods.
  d) use our Site to promote, advertise and/or post a link to any entity without our approval
  and authorization.
  e) impersonate any person or entity, posting false personal or entity information.
  f) use the site as a tool to make payments, transactions of currency and/or any other
  similar actions when any payments are involved between users. We encourage you not
  to post or list any of bank account or credit card related information.
  g) use the Site or register to use the service if you are under 18 years old. By registering to
  use the service, you represent that you are over 18.

  4. Content Rules and Restrictions.
  We strictly apply restrictions on postings that;
  a) infringes the copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or any other properties.
  b) are defamatory
  c) causes racial, national, ethnical, religious, or any other similar problems.
  d) contains offensive language, text, and/or images.
  We reserve the right to delete, edit, remove any of postings and contents that is considered to be inappropriate, or for no reason at all.

  5. Third-party content.
  We are not responsible for any third-party contents, link, website that you may be exposed to, unless they are provided by us. It is your responsibility to figure whether or not to enter, read, visit, or click on third party’s content.
  

  6. Proprietary rights.
  Material on our Site (with the exception of Third-Party Content) is protected by rights of publicity, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other proprietary rights and intellectual property laws as applicable. Except as expressly authorized by us, you may not sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from such material.

  7. Email and Password
  You will provide us an email and password to be registered to the Site. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your email and password combination, and suggested to change your password often to prevent from the breach and fraud.
  

  8. Termination.
  We may terminate your account and/or block your access to our service in our discretion and judgment for a certain cause or none, with or without prior notice at anytime.

  9. Modification.
  We may change, modify or discontinue any portion of our services, temporarily or permanently.

  10. Warranties and Liabilities.
  By using our service, you agree to take any action at your sole risk and in your own discretion.
  We do not warrant the service will meet your requirement, and we are not liable for any damages or harm to you or your property both on-line and off-line.
